This wire copper coated and wrapped in moisture resistant plastic film to help prevent corrosion.

E71T-GS is designed for single pass welding of thin gauge carbon steel.  3/16″ – 22 guage.

E71T-GS is formulated to weld over galvanized material and requires no external gas-shielding and should be welded with DCEN (straight polarity).

E71T-GS is generally used for lap and butt welds on galvanized metal, repair of automobile sheet metal, welding ductwork and joining of galvanized roofing sheet metal.
